In July, following a competitive selection process by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Guangdong Komo Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Pu’er Komo Pine Chemical Co., Ltd., were officially recognized as provincial champions in manufacturing. Guangdong Komo was named the champion in the bio-based rosin resin category for Guangdong Province, while Pu'er Komo received the title for modified rosin in Yunnan Province.

This recognition is awarded to companies that have demonstrated a long-term focus on niche areas within the manufacturing sector, maintaining internationally advanced production technologies or processes and achieving a leading market share for their specialized products nationwide. Champion companies benefit from inclusion in the provincial "Direct Service Program," which provides strategic support in areas such as industrial development, investment, technological innovation, financial services, land use, talent acquisition, and participation in major national projects.
